Last night I had the pleasure of shooting a rodeo for the first time. While I got some action shots I liked I really like this first picture. A calm moment between events.
It didn’t last long, soon the gates opened and it was time for some team roping.
Actually I’m in Jersey City, NJ just across the river from New York…and man is it a terrific view!
My wife and I stayed in New York for one evening and have been in Jersey City for two nights, and on our next trip we have decided we will be staying in Jersey City the entire trip. With 24 hour transportation I can’t think of any reason not to.
For the second year I photographed the Southwest Burlesque Showcase (Formally the New Mexico Burlesque Showcase) in February. Just like last year it was a wonderful high energy event. The girls were all lovely to work with and performed beautifully.
